Day 1
Early departure from Arequipa through Pampas Cañahuas and Patapampa pass. Arrive in Chivay, optional visit to La Calera hot springs. Afternoon exploration of the Colca Valley villages. Overnight in Chivay area.

Pre-dawn departure to Cruz del Condor for condor flight viewing. Visit viewpoints of Choquetico, Maca, and Yanque on the return. Lunch in the valley, then drive back to Arequipa arriving late afternoon.
