Cuzco Travels is committed to protecting children and adolescents in every destination we serve.
In compliance with Supreme Decree No. 005-2020-MINCETUR, which approves the Regulation of Travel and Tourism Agencies, CUZCO TRAVEL INFO EIRL (operating as Cuzco Travels) has subscribed to the Code of Conduct Against the Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents (ESNNA).
Through this commitment we reaffirm our organizational code of ethics and our duty to protect minors in every destination we operate — from Cusco and the Sacred Valley to multi-day treks and national tours across Peru.
Our commitments
- We do not promote, tolerate, facilitate, or participate in any form of sexual exploitation involving children or adolescents.
- We train guides, drivers, office staff, and partner suppliers on ESNNA prevention, identification of risk situations, and reporting procedures.
- We communicate this zero-tolerance policy to travelers, hosts, and commercial partners as part of responsible tourism operations.
- We cooperate fully with competent authorities when we become aware of facts that threaten the integrity of a child or adolescent.
- We support safe, respectful travel experiences and reject any conduct that puts minors at risk.
Staff and suppliers
All personnel who represent Cuzco Travels — including outsourced providers — must act in accordance with Peruvian law and international standards on the protection of children and adolescents. We expect the same standard from hotels, transport operators, and community partners along our routes.
