On the first day, journey through the Sacred Valley, visiting iconic Inca sites such as Pisac and Ollantaytambo. Marvel at the impressive agricultural terraces, bustling local markets, and historic temples before boarding a scenic train ride to Aguas Calientes, where you will spend the night. Itinerary
Cusco - Sacred Valley - Aguas Calientes
- We will depart at approximately 8:15 a.m. from your hotel for the full-day Sacred Valley of the Incas tour. We visit Pisaq (Taray Viewpoint, Archaeological Site, and Artisan Market), Urubamba (buffet lunch and/or traditional lunch), and Ollantaytambo.
- After visiting this important site, we board the train to the town of Aguas Calientes to spend the night and rest for the next day.
Machu Picchu - Cusco
- After breakfast at our accommodation, we take the bus to the Inca city of Machu Picchu (about 30 minutes). We show our entrance ticket and ID for a guided visit of about 2 hours and 30 minutes, including the Temple of the Sun, the industrial sector, and ceremonial areas.
- We return to Aguas Calientes for free time for lunch. In the afternoon we take the train back to Ollantaytambo, then a bus to Cusco. Availability: every day.
